Generations bound by the vine

The winery is like a child we have raised with dedication. Together, we have learned the value of patience, the art of craftsmanship, and a deep respect for the land.

Ana María Romero de Ávila
Ana, the eldest daughter, is now leading the generational transition. She always knew she wanted to be part of the family project, with a clear international vision.
She studied international business in Madrid, worked in Poland and the United States, and later pursued a Master’s in Business in Canada. Throughout her journey, she realized that wine is not only meant to be enjoyed but also to be experienced, shared, and lived. This vision drives her to connecting our story with those seeking authentic experiences around wine. Bringing cultures together through wine is part of her story.
Esa visión la impulsa a abrir nuevas puertas para la bodega, conectando nuestra historia con quienes buscan experiencias auténticas alrededor del vino. Unir culturas a través del vino forma parte de su historia.
I believe one of the greatest wonders of the wine world is its ability to bring people together. Whether it’s gathering around a bottle, extending a conversation around a table, or realizing that beyond languages, wine speaks a universal language of connection and enjoyment.
Antonio Romero de Ávila
Antonio combines his youthful passion for preserving the family tradition with a serene and determined spirit.
He carries on his father’s legacy in the technical area. A graduate in Food Engineering with a specialization in Viticulture and Oenology, he has worked in wineries across Europe and the Americas.
Through his experience with various grape varieties, he has explored how each one expresses the identity of its terroir. With a broader vision of the vine and wine, he strives to balance innovation with respect for the environment while continuing his legacy with enthusiasm.
"The experience of all the generations who have worked these vineyards, the craftsmanship, and the personal memories we hold dear have shaped a legacy worth preserving."
