From past times when our grandparents dedicated themselves to viticulture, until today, the vineyard has been worked in a way that respects the environment, attending to the natural cycles of the vine in the absence of aggressive treatments.
In the cultivation of the vine, we seek to eliminate the use of unnecessary machinery in the different winemaking tasks. The harvest is done manually. We look for the optimal moment of maturation with periodic tastings and sampling.
The Tempranillo grape, native to our land, is the most emblematic variety. It is a grape that gives great personality, showing all its elegance, its fruit and its delicate tannins.
This wine comes from organically grown grapes, respecting the entire process and people involved. We seek to minimize our environmental impact, not only thinking about our present but also dreaming of a better future.
This dream also guided us to use recycled and recyclable materials.
The label and box accompanying this wine come from recycled paper. The bottle is made of lighter glass lighter in weight than usual, thus helping to reduce the overall carbon footprint. The capsule is produced with 100% recyclable aluminum and is therefore also suitable to be recycled.
Each element of this wine leads us all to be an Amigo Sano, or Healthy Friend, of our Earth.

Enticing and beautiful aromas of strawberries, raspberries, and redcurrants engage the senses and lead to a vibrant palate of red fruits, spice, and a mineral undertone. Its firm, velvety tannins add structure to the luxuriously rich texture. Fresh red fruits aftertaste.
Serve at 12-14º C.
Perfect to pair with rice, pastas, barbeques, pizzas and grilled vegetables.
